ho　live　in　the　North　and　the　border　area　are　not　doing　badly　by　Mexican　standards。　And　it　has　bee　more　industrialized；　with　more　jobs；　higher　wages；　better　social　indicators；　etc。　The　North　has　benefited　undoubtedly。　The　people　in　the　South　are　doing　very　badly　by　Mexican；　or　by　anybody's；　standards。
